1. I can no longer attend/I have missed the event due to Covid/any other reason. Can I have a full refund?
Unfortunately all Rock Orchestra tickets are non-refundable unless we move or cancel the event. If you cannot attend anymore, you are welcome to gift/sell your tickets onwards as we do not use names as a condition of entry. We also cannot offer credits/transfers should you miss the event.
2. Can I come with my children? What is the age restriction?
Our general rule is 14+, however we don’t mind younger children enjoying our show while accompanied by an adult. Subject to the venue. We advise contacting the venue before purchasing tickets as different venues operate with different policies and age restrictions.
3. I have a disability. Is this event accessible? Can I come with a carer?
If the venue is accessible, we do sell accessible tickets which include a free entry for a carer. For more information with regards to accessibility please contact the venue directly.
4. Can I transfer my order to a different show?
If you want to transfer tickets, this may possible. Please contact us on info@the-rock-orchestra.com and we will assist you.
5. What is the difference between VIP and a Standard ticket?
VIP tickets include a priority queue for non seated events and premium seats for seated events.
Each ticket also includes a Rock Orchestra T-shirt.
6. I have never received/picked up my free T-shirt. Can you mail it to me?
Unfortunately we do not offer delivery services. Please make sure you pick up your T-shirt from the merchandise stands on the night of the show. You can do it before and after the show.
